DELIVERY

Postage is at £3.95 per order, usually via Royal Mail or other courier.  

Please allow up to 7 days for your item to arrive.

We currently only ship to the UK.

We take great care in ensuring all items are delivered to you safely, where we can we will recycle packaging.

Daffodils & Rhubarb Vintage cannot accept liability for missing items when requested to be left in a different location (in a shed or with a neighbour).

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if there's something which isn't right and you would like to request a refund, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with your reason for the return.

 

The item must be returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

 

We hope you understand that in order for us to be able to offer a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.  To ensure the item is returned undamaged, please ensure the original packaging is used and that the product is well packed (ideally in plenty of bubble wrap).

 

Once we receive your return and the item has been inspected, we will notify you by email.  Providing the item is in the same condition that it was received we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.  

 

We cannot refund shipping costs and you will be responsible for paying for returns.
